Centre-State Relations

India is at a point of time where dealing with the Pandemic and its aftermath, requires close co-operation between the Union and State governments in all domains. Have the Centre and the States been working closely together? Or has the structure of Centre-State relations come under strain? Is this part of a longer trend or is it something new?

Dr Y V Reddy, former Governor of Reserve Bank of India, and who has worked with state and central governments and been Chairman of the 14th Finance Commission, on the sharing of resources between the centre and the states, will discuss these issues.
