Mr. Nrupender Rao is the founder and Chairman of Pennar Industries Limited, Hyderabad. He has an illustrious career spanning over four decades in various organizations such as National Cash Register (USA), Union Carbide India, Nagarjuna Steels Limited and Pennar Group. He had co-promoted ITW Signode ( earlier Nagarjuna Signode) in 1980 along with Nagarjuna Steels Limited and Signode Corporation of USA.  Mr Rao is a distinguished alumnus of IIT, Kharagpur and was awarded the IIT Kharagpur Alumnus award for the year 2011 by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. He has also done his Masters in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (USA).  He has received several prestigious awards and some of them include Dr. Nayudamma Gold Medal for his contribution to the Industrial Development in the state of Andhra Pradesh, “Entrepreneur of the year” award by the Hyderabad Management Association, “Outstanding Entrepreneur Award” by the Council of State Industrial Development and Investment Corporations of India.

Mr K Madhava Rao is a retired IPS officer.

Mr. S. Thirumalai serves as a National Director at Indirect taxation with Deloitte Haskins and Sells and served as its partner. Mr. Thirumalai serves as Senior Advisor to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India Private Limited. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing industry covering all aspects of Finance, Taxation and General Management including 3 years with Reserve Bank of India/Unit Trust of India as an Officer. Mr. Thirumalai has been an Independent & Non-Executive Director of VST Industries Limited since October 20, 2005. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate. He is a Chartered Accountants and is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, Boston, M.A. (USA) in 1992.

Mr Ajay Gandhi, is the founder Trustee of Manthan Foundation, one of India’s premier forums for public discourse. He is Managing Director of Wings Infonet Pvt Ltd and Partner of Gandhi & Gandhi . Ajay lives in Hyderabad.

Mr. Mamidipudi Ravindra Vikram serves as a Partner of M Anandam & Co., Mr. Vikram served as the Treasurer of the Southern India Regional Council (SIRC), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1991 to 1994. Mr. Vikram has conducted Special and Investigation audits to report to the Reserve Bank of India, IDBI, IFCI and ICICI and other premier Financial Institutions in the India and also conducted compliance studies for the RBI’s Forex Reserves. He has over 33 years of experience in audit and corporate advisory services
