Varun Grover, Standup Comedian
Mr Grover is a Mumbai-based screen-writer (Masaan), lyricist (Gangs of Wasseypur, Dum Laga Ke Haisha, Ankhon Dekhi, Fan, Udta Punjab), short-story writer (Chakmak), and stand-up comedian.
He’s also part of the three member comedy-musical group called Aisi Taisi Democracy, a much critiqued political-satire stage show. Varun’s work is derived from contemporary Indian conflicts, urban existence, and realities.
