Good conversations start at levels of the individual and the local community. And they evolve to higher levels. Conversations are critical to a healthy civil society.
People must talk. Share ideas and thoughts. Put across perspectives. Share learnings. Learn to accept contrarian thoughts. And, most importantly, to listen. The environment in the community must promote conversations.
